Click this icon to enable the hand tool, then click and drag on the chart to quickly move the displayed data.
Before you use the hand tool, turn off all auto scaling (X and Y) for the chart by toggling the Lock Auto Scale icon so that the Auto Scale Once icon is not illuminated. If you use the hand tool while the data is continuously auto scaling, then you will only see the new "dragged" view until the next data point is plotted.
