Click this icon to toggle between locked auto scaling and manual scaling.
In manual scaling, you can simply type a new value for the scale into the Y or X axis by moving your cursor to the bottom of the axis, clicking once, and typing in a new number.
Under manual scaling, the Auto Scale Once indicator will be extinguished. If auto scaling, the green indicator will light.
